• If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return any item to us in its original condition within 30 days of the delivery date and we will gladly issue an item-for-item exchange or a refund.
• In the case of a refund, you will be credited for the product value plus tax.
• Music City Marketplace is not responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return process unless an item was shipped in error on our part (e.g. wrong item).
